Prenatal Massage

Tokpa ™ Prenatal Massage utilizes oil, and a range of specialized techniques performed with the hands, elbows, forearms, and massage tools. This service integrates methods designed for both relaxation and techniques that achieve lasting results.

During sessions, we use a standard massage table equipped with the Body Cushion, which adjusts to every stage of pregnancy and postpartum. Side-lying is also an option for those who prefer it or need it when lying face down isn’t possible.

Tokpa™ Focused Prenatal

We understand the challenges moms-to-be face. This session is well-suited for pregnant women seeking targeted treatment, particularly those dealing with persistent or recurring pain. The Focused session draws upon Jessica’s experience in a Physical Therapy office and includes communication before, during, and after the appointment. Techniques may involve guided tense-and-relax exercises, mobility training conducted either on the table or on a yoga mat post-session, and personalized recommendations for continued progress at home. The primary objective is to provide effective pain management and enhance your mobility.

Tokpa™ Relaxing Prenatal

For mothers seeking relief from stress in a welcoming environment, the massage table offers an ideal setting for relaxation. The Relaxing session draws inspiration from Jessica’s extensive experience in spa services. She encourages clients to fully unwind and embrace the opportunity to relax and receive.
